General Pricing Policies:

Being well-known Mopar/Chrysler enthusiasts and business owners, we understand the importance of being price competitive in products and services for the Mopar/Chrysler Community. However, it must be noted that due to the variety of items we carry, fluctuations in costs for manufacturing processes, labor, materials, and other logistics, all prices are subject to change without notice.

If you choose PayPal we will generate an Invoice & send directly to your email address. One can pay a PayPal invoice with any credit or debit card just follow their instructions. Very easy. This Website does not process PayPal. We do it manually.      

Money Orders

Postal, bank or other forms of money orders are acceptable.


Bank checks preferred. Personal or business checks are accepted with a 10 day clearance period.

Packing integrity is extremely important to us and we take every step to ensure that your shipment is properly protected to arrive safely. Occasionally, depending on the nature and size of the item or items to be shipped, additional packing charges may be assessed and applied. This is unusual, but may occur.

Shipping / Handling Charges:

We do not seek to elevate shipping and handling charges for profit. We only seek to cover the real world of costs assessed to each shipment and the packaging materials. A small assessment is added to shipping and handling for these packaging materials. It must be noted, however, that there are rare situations where unusual seller or carrier-mandated handling charges may apply, and subsequently must be added to the overall cost of the transaction. All items are insured and shipped with a delivery confirmation (USPS) or with real-time tracking (UPS).

Should a package arrive showing obvious damage and significant external damage, please refuse it and contact us immediately!

Shipping Discrepancies:

In the unlikely event of a shortage which can happen by human error, or other discrepancies, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

Return Policies:

Customer satisfaction is Job One. If the item is unsatisfactory in any way, it may be returned for a full refund, including shipping charges, within 30 days of receipt of order.

Shipping and handling charges assessed to original order are not eligible for refund after 30 days past receipt of order, regardless of issue.

All shipped domestic orders will receive a dated and numbered sales invoice, which should be retained for your records in the event a return is requested. For international shipments, invoices are mailed separately by individual request only.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

Returns must be shipped prepaid. C.O.D. shipments for returns will not be accepted.

Returns are not accepted on electrical items.

Requests for returns of items that are "no longer needed" or "because the car was sold" (as opposed to quality issues) must be received by our office within 60 days of receipt of shipment. Returns of this nature may be subject to a 20% return fee.

All returns must include any and all original, item-specific packaging and instructions (if applicable), and must be returned to us prepaid, and secured by a level of package protection equivalent to the level at which they were received, in order to prevent damage during return transit. Any refund or other form of settlement will occur only after items have been received and inspected.

Special Order items are not eligible for return.

Returned items found to have been modified in any way without our prior consultation or advice regarding application issues will not be eligible for refund.


All products are covered by, and limited to, the specific manufacturers warranty, if offered, for a specific product. With the quality level of items we offer, warranty issues are extremely rare. Due to the unique nature of SOME of the items we offer, modifications MAY be necessary in order to satisfy the requirements of the application. This is also a very rare issue. It is the responsibility of the user/installer, prior to installation, to determine the suitability of a particular item for his/her specific application.
